Luke at Mitchelton replaced a dodgy flickering screen on my 4 year old laptop. I dropped it off in the morning and collected it in the afternoon. Luke told me that during the screen replacement job, he noticed that the CPU heat sink paste was a bit thin, so he added some more. Now my laptop not only has a great new looking screen but it actually runs cooler. I was getting a high temperature warning during operation before, but not any more.. Fun fact, I forgot to mention that I was having this problem and now it's fixed.. Luke must have ESP.. 🙂 I would highly recommend Luke for all your Laptop or PC problems in the Mitchelton area.. Excellent job at a fair price. Did a thorough job cleaning and refurbishing an old gaming laptop. CPU was overheating and it's running over 30 degrees colder now!

My old 2017 Mac Book Pro was nearly at end of life because of the battery. It was working really slowly and was buldging!!!. Took it to Apple and they couldn't help as the don't stock batteries for my lap top any longer and they tried to sell me a new computer which was going to lead to more expense with having to upgarde to subscription style software as the software I purchased years ago would not run on the new computers. Come home and did a google search for some other options and found all the 5 star reviews on Luke and his business Pro Computer Repairs. I touch base with Luke, who was very helpful and he arrange for a new battery for my computer. Luke's service is of a very high standard. He is afforadble and honest. Highly recommend him. My old computer now has a new lease of life with the new battery. Thanks so much Luke. One phone call and within 5 minutes later, Luke had advised of a price and ordering time which was 2 to 3 business days. Without me even asking, Luke also talked me through disabling my touch screen so as I could continue to use my laptop whilst I was awaiting the repair.
