Thanks to Luke for the brilliant work on my poor sapped laptop. From the start, the communication was quick and professional. He ordered me a new battery that arrived within a couple of days. The same morning I dropped off my laptop, he had replaced the battery and - very lovely - he had fixed a jutting corner too, no extra charge. I would highly recommend Luke's services.

Wow, I was abolutely blown away with the service provided by Luke at Pro Computer Repairs to replace the keyboard and battery on my HP Spectre Laptop. I sought a number of quotes and chose Luke as he had the best understanding of what needed to be done for my specific model and I was not disappointed. Someone else had suggested my model needed the full chassis (keyboard and cover) replaced and that was not correct. Great communication and excellent value for money, genuine parts with a warranty. I am on the Southside and Luke even provided a pick up and return service which I greatly appreciated.
