One phone call and within 5 minutes later, Luke had advised of a price and ordering time which was 2 to 3 business days. Without me even asking, Luke also talked me through disabling my touch screen so as I could continue to use my laptop whilst I was awaiting the repair. This is a measure of his great service and caring nature. True to his word Luke called me after 2 business days and was able to replace the screen within 3 hours. If you want really good old one on one service not a large corporation with many faces or do you want really good family service then see Luke , I found Luke to be more very helpful and honest on a Laptop which was very completive and well priced even after when we had another issue arisen Luke was than happy to look after us and guide us in the right direction also So Please support locals who support us and not just a number

He ordered me a new battery that arrived within a couple of days. The same morning I dropped off my laptop, he had replaced the battery and - very lovely - he had fixed a jutting corner too, no extra charge. I would highly recommend Luke's services.
